I suggest to plan a first trip where you visit the bigger cities such as Siena,Florence,Pisa,Arezzo and Lucca. Also Poggibonsi could be a good choice. Later on (maybe in a second vacation) I would suggest to visit small towns such as San Gimignano, Colle val d'Elsa, Monteriggioni and Castellina in Chianti.
